Hosting troubles

Anyone know anything about hosting?

I've got a domain registered and the name servers on the domain and hosting control panels are the same. The A records are the same ip address. I've clicked 'make this site live' numerous times on GoDaddy, but my index.html page never appears.

Any ideas?

Is your index.html page in the correct directory on the server?

Yourdomain.tld/public_html/index.html

Who's your hosting with? and how long ago did you set the nameservers? sometimes it can take a while for changes to take effect.

As per Alex H make sure it's in public_html

It can take up to 48 hours to NS to resolve.

put an entry into your hosts file.. it will at least allow you to test the site until the DNS entries are updated.
