how can i fix this

after my car was reversed into.. a part of head lamp snapped.. its only the plastic bit which is bolted on to the car...

how can i mend this?

Would use some kind of Araldite Epoxy Adhesive on that mate.

I fix these all the time in work. Plastic welder and a few bits of wire mesh. Stronger than it was before.
