How can I make my car sound better\louder

ATM I've got a milltek cat back and itg maxogen kit but doesn't really seem to intake much sound ??

the kinds sucking in of air you get from induction my car doesn't seem to do it I've heard other peoples with maxogens and theirs do ??

in turkey we take off the cat and the mid muffler
apply a staright pipe for high sounds
