Last summer I was going to sell the car so I put up adverts in my Rear windows held on with selotape but when I took them off it left the sticky remains on the glass and I cant budge it :(

It's been thoroughly baked on there obviously as its been like 12 months but I attacked it with ITR yesterday thinking that might budge it but no such luck.... APC also doesn't work.

Help!!

Not tried that but also shouldn't imagine I have any lying around.

Autoglyms tar and glue remover will do the trick and can be found at any motorworld/halfords type place so easily accessible

Looks like I will have to go and buy some products...Was hoping ITR would budge it and was shocked when it didn't.

I have some Tardis which would kill the f**ker off :)

Shame im not popping upto Naaarwich till the 9th August though!

I don't own Tardis either.... I do car cleaning and not much detailing nowadays as the Clio keeps breaking so I still haven't placed my big order of new products :(

If your ever passing this way drop me a pm and we shall get it off with some Tardis.

Or if you dont mind your car smelling of petrol try that?

Poor eye sight didn't even notice the linky... Now I know how Richy feels ;)

I'm scared to go into Suffolk nowadays as I'm a full blown Norfolk Bumpkin now :quiet:

I may try petrol if I can get some on a cloth... My Lawnmover is electric so don't have a little can of it anywhere :(

Will try when I go to the In-Laws

Nobody has even mentioned a heat gun ffs!

Heat gun + any of the above will work.

He lives in Norfolk gally. They are much like yourselves in that they don't even have lightbulbs.

Pigeon mail FTW!

IPA or turps seems to work well, i got a similar problem where i park my clio under a tree, gets tree sap all over the windscreen then it bakes all day whilst im working, these two seem to do the trick
