How: Cheap texts to Europe

Anyone know how to get cheaper texts to Europe (particularly Austria)? 40p per text on Orange is killing me. Don't mind using a pay account and PC application if it works!

I use my Sipgate account, which is a VOIP provider, they offer web txts at like 5.9p per txt to anywhere, prob not the cheapest but it works for me.

I use a little applicaton called Callwave. There is the option to send the text Internationally, or USA & Canada. Plus it's FREE!
