HOW CHEAP?!?!?!?

cat c will put lots of people off thats why its so cheap probably repaired well but people don't like taking the risk

Only payed 6.5k for my 53 plate 172 with 20k on it, and its not cat C either. You'd struggle to get rid of it is the problem, and CAT C is a good shunt.

Is £6200 for 28k on an 03 172 a decent price?

I would prefer something from 04 onwards as my current car is 04

I know cat c is usually more severe damage than d etc but at least a c has been repaired and inspected/tested by VOSA prior to being put on the road, rather than some half-arsed repair job done cheap without being safe etc

I'd still want to pay closer to £5.2 for that though.

could be any old repair job. Just needs Vosa to VIC Check it (Vehicle Identity Check), to make sure you haven't ringed it (confirms the its the original damaged vehicle)
