How do I change my front pads

As im not quite sure whats involved and they need doing tomorrow - as long as I can get some!

there were a few threads on this a while ago with pics. the best one I found was on http://www.rs-team.orgwww.rs-team.org french site, look under the "entretien" section and "changement de plaquettes". Plenty of pics + spanner sizes etc. If your french is no good, somebody here did a cut/paste/translate job. have fun and let us know how you got on!
