How do I get my '51 plate to £200 bhp?

Fred, do you use the Schrick 0381/881/801 or custom cams? As has been said before the nominal timing on these cams makes them appear to aggressive for good mid-range, but that obviously does not seem to be an issue?

I've got one of Yozza's modded cars including schrick cams, exhaust, manifold match and Yozza exhaust + filter etc. It's pulling a real 200bhp and I've got a rolling road read out for 212bhp from before I put one of Yozza's exhausts on. I previously owned an RB5 scooby and the clio is nearly as quick in the dry. On a recent track day at Donnington a CTR who was trying couldn't get near. How's that V6 going Fred?

Thats a bit specific mate. With 4bhp in it I wouldnt be surprised if he just had a healthy engine, or more likely a healthy reading from a RR or Dyno.

Would you guys say that an enclosed forced air induction kit is better than a panel filter for power gains? Surely the enclosed kit doesn't suffer from hot air soakup?

Just been reading through this as i'm looking for some relatively cheap power increses.
