How do I "Open" up my foglights?

Ive got some condensation in my fog lights and i cant get it out!
Ive put it in the airing cupboard, got a hairdryer to it.....

So basically, is it possible to open up the unit?

iirc they are sealed, if you leave them on for a bit it might clear it. Not while your driving around though.
