How do I remove front and rear bumpers?

The time will soon come to remove front and rear bumpers and I'm not sure how to do it..

Any ideas? Do wheels need to come off etc

Rear:
Open boot, two screws on top. Underneath two bolts about number plate distance apart, Then two bolts underneath arch liner at the either side, similar to where they are on the front.

For the front all you need to do is turn the steering full lock each way.. this gives access to whatever side torx screw.

Back wheels can stay on too.

Rear bumper takes all about 5 seconds!!

Rear bumper has 2 bolts underneath which you can get to by sticking your heard under the back bumper.

The other 2 are there when you open the boot lid, either side of the number plate light.
