How Do I Remove The Changer From My Clio

Can anyone put me in the right direction of how to remove the CD changer from beneath my passenger side seat in my 172? I was wanting to put it into my girlfriends Dynamique... will i have to change her Headunit as well? It looks to be the same one as i had in my 172 but im not sure if it has the same connections in the back?

Can anyone help? Is it easy to remove? will it be easy to install in my girlfriends car?

Nope head units have the same back connections for a cd changer.

Dead easy to do though just mess around pulling a bit of carpet up to thread the cable round.

Removing and putting the cd chnager under the seat is the difficult bit.
