how do u close internet explorer help!!!

trying to install photoshop,
keeps saying i have to shut down internet explorer.
I have set to work offline and gone to task manager
process and where it says IE i have selected end process....

however the dam thing keeps coming back up

how to i end it FULL STOP so i can install it

someone please help!

uninstall it from the programs list, drastic but it'll work I think

p.s IE is a fcuking pain. use Firefox instead, the way forward

spare the shouting at me but how do i do that mate

control panel > add or remove programs > find IE7 on that list > click remove

if you've got xp it'll just put you back on IE6 which was a million times better imo

Just disconnected from the internet? Un-plug the cable? or turn the wireless off...
