HOW DO YOU ADJUST TAPPETS ON 1.2 16V

hi everyone I just wondered is it possible to adjust the tappets on my 1.2 16v clio as they are noisey I am hoping it is easy and can be done myself.

Hi everyone I tried the above 3k rev for 2 minutes continuously as found a video on YouTube, was very sceptical but unbelievable it has worked, the engine is so much quieter now lol. The car needs desperately an oil change next month so hopefully this will improve things more. I would recommend anyone trying this method it definitely worked. Cheers thanks
