How do you remove the silver trim

Hey first post and glad to become a member.
I'm currently trying to remove the front silver trim on my clio and can't figure it out. Its the same as this car. I want to wrap the silver bit on the bumper in carbon vinyl, anyone have any idea?

If your referring to the front difuser it looks like a bumper off job.
