How do you take headlights out?

Hi there guys, I'm sorry if this has been asked a million times but I've been trying to take the headlight out of my 172FF but its just not budging, one of my xenons went out, so want to change it but can't get my hand round the back so wanted to take the headlight out. I'v unscrewed the top screw which seems to be the only screw holding it in, I've pulled at it but it's just not coming out, any help would be appreciated

front bumper off, and then there are 2 x 10mm bolts holding it on the bottom

you need to remove the bumper to get to the other two screws
