How easy is it to remove the foglights?

Is it a case of taking the front bumper off or can you access all the screws/bolts holding it in with the bumper on, how many screws/bolts are there and where are they?

Nick, I am not that familiar with the 182, but does the black plastic surround not just pull off to give access to the screws that hold the lights in ?
