how "fixable" are wheels?

2 of my wheels have a slight buckle. They balance up fine and cause no vibration. Anyone know if they can be straightened?

If they balance up fine and don't vibrate then why bother?

You'll probably pay £50+, and no doubt you can pick up a new wheel for around that (second-hand of course, but straight).
