How hard?

  RS 182 CUP
How hard is it to change the drivers side drive shaft? I've done drive shafts before but it was a while ago, are there any pins in gearbox I need to hold in place/ remove? How much does a used shaft fetch? Will normal 172/182 driveshafts fit my 182 cup?

I got acsess to ramps n all the air guns I need

this may be so. but he did say a professional. this could end up being a case of "all the gear, no idea"

but then again i dont know how good of a mechanic you are. if you told me you had a ramp and a load of airguns id think we were up for some bmxing and some target practice.

easy enough. Make sure you have a torque wrench that goes high enough for the hub nut. If you just gun that up you'll most likely do more damage to the wheel bearing

I was a mechanic 6 years ago, then had a career change, now I've just got back into being a fitter, are they as simple as a gt turbos? Or it any harder?

there's a center bearing carrier which is clamped in so 2 extra bolts, but apart from that its the same job as the gt turbo, no roll-pins on mk2 clios though, the hole is there but they're not used

Danny and Fred are like CS fountains of knowledge tbh. Without those two I dread to think how many technical/retarded/weird questions would go unanswered.

Well Im back, as for the question its easy the drivers side idealy get a new roll pin there pennies and remember if the pin dont fit turn the shaft 180 degress as its not in alignment.

I'd undo the ball joint bolts theres tow and pull the hub outwards so you have sapce don't bother with the track rod end.
