How is my steering supposed to feel?

  Black Gold with cup packs
As above
Is it supposed to feel light and easy?
Or fixed and controlled?
Maybe my tyre pressure is a bit high low?
I dunno>

  Monaco 172
my 172 steering compared to my 1.2 is alot heavier, but got used to it and rather quite like it, more feel to it rather than just wurling it round onto full lock etc

Im comparing it to how it felt 4 days ago.
Sure it felt heavier?
It suddenly feels lighter?
Felt safer when it was a bit heavier?

It probably just your perception of its that’s changing driving on different surfaces for example. I would just check the tyre pressures. You would be able to tell if you had a problem with your power steering. Just keep stationary and turn the wheel with the engine just on tick over then do the same when revving it at about 3, 4 revs. If it lighter to turn when revving it then you may have a problem with your power steering. Also listen out for a wining sound when turning the wheel.
