To bed mine I went from 40 to 20 about 10 times using light/medium braking and gently building up speed between each one. Then few 60 to 30s and finally few 80 to 40s. Did this on the Saturday then couple of hundred miles normal driving before tracking it on the Tuesday. Think it worked quite well as I didn't get any fade at all.
Recently looked this up:
4-5 stops from 30mph medium sort of pressure
3 stops from 80-90mph to about 20-30mph leaving time between to allow brakes to cool.
Correct me if I'm wrong but the idea of bedding in the brakes is to stop the pads glazing. I usually do about 100 careful miles then start to work the brakes harder. Never had a problem doing this.
Have you changed the brake fluid?
try the other bedding in procedure to see if they improve. there's a 'greening' phase that you should put compo pads through before they'll perform as well as they can. they might just be poor from cold, of course; although haven't seen many people complain about DS2500s
Nope
