How many litres of coolant does 172 take?

just waiting for the F1 to start but I have a few questions after servicing my 172 this afternoon.

As about how much coolant/water does it take ?

Also I couldn't find the fuel filter? It looks like a standard filter but I just couldn't see it?

7 litres mixed I think to fill it I just mix mine 50/50

well I only got about 3L out of it even though I turned heater to hot ? I removed bottom hose (right pig) is there any other way to drain all the system?
