How much £ do you think it would cost me to get two tyres fitted balanced and tracking done?

(got the two tyres just talking fitting etc)


One matey said £20 in his back pocket.
but he aint working for next two weeks and i want them on now. so will just go to couple of local garages.

Got mine fitted and balanced by local garage £15

Tracking will probably cost you a little extra

national tyres charged my £30 to fit and balance a set of 4 tyres and service was top notch

depends where you have it done; could ring round a few but would have thought about £10 per change-over/balance/valve/disposal and about £20-£30 for tracking sound fairly typical

it's worth taking it somewhere discerning for the tracking as some places can and do make a mess of it

so it will be a rough max about £40 then...

seems about right. someone i use locally only charges a fiver for change overs and i get the tracking done elsewhere (Protyre - £25). going to vary depending upon where you go but £40 should easily do it

Tracking is round about £20, so I'd say about 35 quid max all in? Some places may charge you a standard hours labour to fit the tyres though.
