How much for 260 miles?

Hi all, i have an 02 clio 1.2 8v.

Was jus wondering how much it would cost me to drive 260 miles, all motorway....just cruising, not killing it?

its jus some guy from lancashire wants to charge me £30 for a cd players postage to me in birmingham and i thought it mite work out cheaper to go get it, plus i can have a look at it before handing money over too!!

There is a delivery service on ebay that will post anything upto 30kg for £10.

I'd say that journey was less than 260 miles anyway. I live in Trafford and when I had a 1.6 16v megane I did a weekly commute to wolves which was 85-90 miles and cost about £16 return.
