how much for logic board on g5 mac?

my friends offered me his mac g5 for cheap but it needs a new mother/logic board, how much will this cost?

Lots probably, Mac spare parts aren't usually cheap, and PPC parts will be out of production now.

Might be easier/cheaper to find another machine the same which has something else wrong with it and cannabalise both to make 1 working machine?
