Picking up the LY tomorrow, hopefully if it’s sound it’s a keeper, the RB above would also be the same. The other phase 1s and M5 will never be for sale.

Oh right well if it’s registered as a total loss then yes that impacts the value.
I suppose the need for a new bumper could write off a Clio 182 when the insurance “book” price (but not the price you’d actually pay for one) is next to nothing.
WBAC valued mine at £800! The book also says you can get a mint late Defender TD5 Station Wagon for £8,000
Try £14,000 and you’d be nearer the mark.

Could be a real bargain for someone though, if it was just a bumper, and they don’t mind the fact that it’s recorded.

In the spirit of the strict no more cars, one in one out policy (which I certainly didn't bloody sign).

182 - 2004, 82k
BG with both cup packs
The posher(?) CD player with CD changer under the passenger seat.
Clean and tidy interior, AC etc all works well.

No rust but generally poor body work - door dings, scratch on rear bumper, dent on rear quarter.

Looks to have a decent and large service history (lots of paper), cam/aux just about due.

Crunches on third, power steering pump whines on first start up.

Has been driven for 10k in my ownership and has been great. Just had an oil and filter change, last was done by me 5k ago. Last year had both lambdas replaced (genuine bosch), genuine Renault cup rear shocks, new Renault handbrake cables (pair), last week it had new read discs, bearings, calipers, brembo pads.

Considering buying RB 182 with Cup Packs, Sparco seats, Gaz Gold, Ktec exhaust / decat, induction kit, laguna shifter, megane brembos, 97k, 10 owners, drives well - only issue is no history (they are looking for it) only V5 and assurance belts done in last 2 years will be serviced etc, thoughts on what its worth please?
