no rust, a few small stone chips, shame the old dear scuffed it, i did look at replacing the bumpers and found some for far less than the paint repair but they would not ship them, dont know if im better off restoring it or sell as an honest used example "warts and all" ?

no i said id try and find a reasonable price on here, she has a new car already, i have insured it so its legally on the road, but in reality it needs to go, i dont hink you can list on this site without a price in the title? hence this thread

Totally stock and always has been (think I’m 4th owner & I got it off an enthusiast for them std about 10 years ago)
Huge service folder
Original paint and no rust
Original stereo etc
Original supplying dealer plates

Now, it is due belts but I can do those pre sale if people think it’ll make a huge difference? I have the genuine aux belt and tensioner ready, just need the timing kit and dephaser.

Car runs great, went through a lot of stuff plugs, leads, coil pack, genuine set of new injectors etc a couple of k ago (if that)

It’s a 3rd car for me and was just gonna keep it as they’re bound to go up but my imprezas are due some love.

Body wise it’s really good, all paint is original and it’ll scrub up amazing. There is one 3cm scratch my neighbour done hitting it with a bed frame when walking past (I honestly almost drove it through his living room) with it but otherwise the light swirls and scratches would go. Front bumper is obviously stone chipped etc and rear bumper has some marks.

I can’t emphasise enough how this is NOT your average shitter with bad paint and rust! It’s the type of car that’s always had decent matching tyres if you know what I mean. Last time was 4 continentals (which I love on it btw)

I'll sort some out, it's been stood on a drive for 12 months, so needs a really good clean. There's loads of history and a fair bit has been spent on it.. hopefully it'll pass the Mot next week...😁

I’d say £1500+ as is so you got a great car for the money.
There’s still legions of these on Ebay at under £2,000 and it’s pulling the values down.
Low mileage ones are generally more desirable.
