Looking at this cat d!wondered how much it is actually worth and what problems to look out for?!

"Clio 172 in monaco blue 52 (03) plate with 37000 miles on the clock. Just been serviced, has also been taxed and mot'd. Also had a new stainless steel exhaust in the last two months. Has all the usual, auto xenon lights and wipers, switchable ESP, leather and alcantara interior, climate control and cd player.
It is cat d, written off over a year ago now and has had two services since. Completely restored by previous owner through a renault dealership, absolutely immaculate. Items replaced were front bumper, nearside wing and light, and also the bonnet. All reciepts are available. The car is in excellent condition and drives really nicely too.
I am looking for £4500 part ex, but feel free to offer."
