The big 100,000 miles is looming so Im thinking about a rebuild what BHP do you think I can expect with new cams a chip and head work (polish and port) ??

i have done all that to my mates clio and on the dyno it was about 180bhp.the cams were from kent and gave 26bhp the rest was made up with the head work,chip,exhaust and induction kit.i also stripped the bottem end and replaced all gaskets+big end shells.
