how much oil etc

Hi all. Never serviced a car before so excuse me!

Just wondering how much oil i'd need for an oil change on my 172?

Also what sort of money am i looking at for..

Oil.
Oil filter
Copper washer thing? Cheers

oil filter is about £6 from the dealer and the washer is about 50p, don't use non genuine filters, they're generally crap

Check places like OpieOils and alike for prices, about £30-50 I guess.
