How much to fit.....

Any thoughts on how much a garage would take to fit ARB, 2 driveshafts, 2 wishbones, 2 front shocks or how long? I have the parts but Im just wondering out if i can afford the labour for fitting my willy front track this month......

my mate could do it for you, prob charge 60-80 for that lot (dont quote me)

hes a proper mechanic based in Birmingham

gona piggy back this post to save clogging up the forum with sh*t and ask how much i should be paying to fit 4 new lowering springs to a mark 2 clio.

have seen the post on DIY but no way confident enough to do it!
