What the cam belt tensioner? If so just replace it, about £22 from andy spares, need a new cam belt as well for safety.

i had the cam belt done 10k miles ago im getting a garage to do the bearing aint that clued up about motors

me neither and i got the same prob with mine. pulley tensioner for the alternator belt is what weve got the problem with

wont be cheap if a garage do it.

Parts are about 50 quid then add the belts on top.

garage youre looking at roughly £150 upwards...ive always replaced tensioner when doing belt as its just a pain in the arse if they f**k up inbetween belts

surely im not gonna need the belt replacing its brand new surely they could just use the same belt!!!!!!!!
