Don't see anything against buying a Cat d if there are pics and receipts etc to prove where damage was and how it was repaired etc.
That might just be me, cause if i bought a Vee i wouldn't sell it on anyway!

I'd probably only go and crash it again if they are as snappy as people say.
wouldnt buy a cat d vee.
Indeed A phase 2 Could get into Cat D status with Cosmetic damage only-
That said- I still think its overpriced-

Is it cat d? Doesn't say in the ad. Price doesn't seem horrendous given that it's had belts etc done.
Exactly, it says write off, not wether it's a cat C or D!Should have gone to specsavers TBH- First line of add.... :rasp:
Prob Cat d - low chance CAT C-
I think hes optimistic-

Why? could have had a scrape down the side.
Regardless. Its still a cat d... an imperfection. I see vees as being an exclusive car. Sort of like an antique. I wouldnt buy an antique with a scratch and repaint.
poor advert but worth 9k everyday of the week. If it was mint with the service done, then I'd go to 9.k, represents a saving of at least 3k over a non listed one.
