Obviously compared to our tailgating 'standards' its not on the same scale. I.e if it's more than 8ft away from the rear bumper of the car in front then it's not deemed as tailgating.

Whatever, the reason it's down as a 'tailgating' video is simply because that's the description on the website I found it on!
