How tight Spark Plugs

Changing the spark plugs today on my 172, just got the first one out and it was only "finger" tight? Is this how it should be?? Surely not??

They should be tight mate, more than finger tight imo............. hard to describe, would there be a torque setting for sparkplugs??

If they were the original ones then 80k, but I'm not sure that they were.
