How to change side light on a 182?

Hey All

I've used the search function but unable to find a guide on how to change the side lights on a 182.

I'm currently running Xenons and want the LED sidelights to match.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Completely from memory as I haven't done it since march & don't have a 182 anymore. It's exactly like any other car, nothing to look out for in particular. It's either a twist & pull or just a straight pull.

* The drivers side is an absolute b**** to get your hands into due to stuffing a 2.0L engine into a small space so do the passenger side first to get the hang of which way to pull/twist.
* Turn on sidelights to make sure you can see exactly which one you are changing
* Disconnect battery (not essential but sensible)
* remove big black round rubber bung/plug from just down and to the outside of the xenon units (which are marked with a big safety sticker)
* twist & pull the circular bit that the wires go into, this holds the bulb.
* remove bulb
* insert new bulb without touching the glass
* put cap back in
* twist back to "locked" position
* replace rubber bung/plug
* reconnect battery
* test lights

It's freezing outside atm. Stick the car in the garage and get a convection heater on the go (if poss.) I'm impressed at managing to make that into a dozen or so bullet points, but then I've gone step by step. It is one of the easiest things you can possibly do on a clio. No tools or experience etc needed.

Mate its the easiest thing. Steven's guide is for the dipped bulbs, not 501 sidelights. Which are even easier.

Just pull the rubber cover off. Pull on the small white plastic bulb holder / if your gentle you can pull on the two wires to connect to it as its quite hard to get your fingers on the actual holder as its so small and in an awkward position.
The little holder + bulb will just pop out. Swap bulbs over. Pop back in hole.
