How to clean my White seat belts

Hello

I have lovely dirty seat belts and wondering whats the best way to get them clean, Ive used vanish stain remover, soap and water and nothing will shift the stains,

Any ideas?

I got silver ones in mine,and i was struggling to shift the dirt..i used the new vanish spray stuff..brought them out nicely
