Buy some nicer ones ? I'm sure you could get some mint ones off here for about that price !

"Proper" refurb i.e.: weld/ blast + powdercoat will be ~£200.

220 seems steep unless it comes with brand new tyres? Link?
That what I thought but ebay seems to be the only place I can find them, what's a good price? I was looking to get some anthracite 182 wheels but didn't want to pay over 200

Will pay for it self in no time and is your best bet imo to get some alloys,

Some mint anthracite 182 alloys with nearly new Goodyear tyres sold a couple of weeks back for £250 posted so they do come up

There also a guide in the guide section on how to refurb alloys so you would be able to view that aswel

  dan's cast offs.
last set i bought were £110, no tyres but wheels straight and only paint damage. dipped, quick flash over with garnet and then powder coated. coated up nicely.
