How to remove front bumper

I am about to fit a Ibiza Splitter to my 2002 1.2 16v Dynamique.

I want to take the front bumper off to do this and also mesh the bumper and splitter.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the bumper?

Tie it to a tree and reverse...

arounf 10 screw, a couple of bolts and a couple of star-shaped nuts (holding the splitter on)
