If it is the same as the ph2......

The bolts are under the car.

The two closest to the sill are hidden under two plastic caps, the other two are accesible through holes in the exhaust heatshield.

so there are no access to the seat bolts from inside? damn its alot harder...

about the silver frame i dunno... i cant figure how i take it out, i wonder if some got the clio haynes so he would tell me (its not a unique frame to thr CS i think..)

the silver trim is part of the dashboard... i find it confusing how you have a relacement for it.

As with the seat bolts, yes there are 4 of them under the car which releases the seats subframe to take it out.

If you can get the dash out, you can get the surround off. replaced the centre section of a 182 dash with a sat nav screen surround, was pretty simple, but fiddly.

So you need to take the upper part of the dash and remove it, no problem.
after that you can get into the silver trim or you need to remove more stuff? i cant figure it out...
