How to remove the centre air vents?

Hello.

I'm in the midst of building my track car and want to remove the centre vents so I can make room for some gauges, but thats besides the point. How do I remove the centre air vents? Cant seem to see any screws but it looks like the vents can come apart from the main blower tubes because there seems to be some foam behind them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

They're part of the lower dash I believe, the adjustable parts may well come out with some force (probably have to break them out) but the rest is moulded with the dash
