how to remove xenon washer ball

everytime i top my water up it leaks from underneath the washer ball

they work perfect apart from this can i replace the ball and how do you get it out really dont want to have to take the bumper off:evil:

if its leaking it shall soon pop out when we get a good frost.

you need to put a non return valve in or somthing like that otherwise it will always leak even if the unit is brand new

and to change the unit is a bumper off job
