How to replace 172 cup spark plugs

Hello
Can anyone guide me in the right direction to change my spark plugs on my 172 53reg cup?

Got some NGK Plat's, been told i need to remove the air intake manifold to locate the plugs but need to replace the gasket

you dont always need to replace the gasket, there is a guide in the how to section on how to take the plenium (sp) off (the bit with renault sport on it) Basically need to un plug connectors, undo the bolts on the coil pack, unto the bolts on the plenium (sp) and gently lift it off.
You should see the ignition leads in front of you.

Is it best practice to replace the gasket save any air leaks, had this in the past - air leaks can be a nightmare
