How to resize pictures?

Had a search and couldn't find anything useful . . .

Also the link in FAQ's doesn't work :(

Can anyone help :)?
 
My ms paint > image menu only has stretch/skew... no resize. and if i go into attributes and change the width and height it cuts out part of the picture that's bigger than that size...

stretch and resize are the same, i think they just renamed it for some reason in vista.

just put equal numbers in stretch and it will keep proportions, if you don't like it you can always press undo
 
vso image resizer. highlight images you want to resize in the folder, right click, choose vso image resizer and choose the size, quality, etc. works good on vista, i use it most days!
 
save the image to ur comp.. right click on image.. click on resize.. go to custom.. resize..
