HT53 NTO 172 cup anybody know this car

just might be grabbing this off some lad round by ours, its a 172cup as said in title,

just wanted to know if its ever been a members cs in the passed.

wanna do abit of homework on it.

no mate just looks like a 172cup mondial blue. but tatty round the edges.
