Hi all need some advice on how to fix this ( pic bellow ) I know the fronts need camber bolts but the place I went to had lost the camber tool.

Caster is also something I reall need to fix looking at the results. Front right sitting to far back.

Main concern being the rear axle left side.

All was checked at kwikfit fit near Fred's btm place on the hunter kit.

Help appreciated thanks

If that's correct then the left rear wheel has had quite a whack at some point as it's camber is fecked

I'd say easiest thing would be to buy a new rear axle and swap them

might aswell go fetch another beam, after all they cost feck all for a non sport.

the front right caster, do I have to redrill the wishbone to fix that?

Holy s**t only just seen that

Caster is the angle from the bottom ball joint to the top mount

My money would be on a bottom ball joint that's shot or a top mount that's shot. Check for play in both.

If they're both fine then god knows why the front right wheel is sitting too far back in the arch - unless the wishbone is bent from hitting a pothole/kerb

s**t the bed that's all over the shop!

My caster was similar when I had 2 different wishbones on the car, you checked they are both the same? I'm not sure drilling extra holes would be a good idea lol.

Also that original toe is exactly what mine was at the other day lol, felt loose and was squeeling under light cornering felt so much more solid after going back to 0.07. Forgot how heavy the steering was lol .

lol this will confuse you, its all new suspension up front. wishbones/struts/ springs/ top mount kits / TRE's inner TRE's and balljoints replaced about 2k ago.
wishbones exact match to each other.

I think its subframe or the car itself.
but funny thing is iv had the subframe off and its still goes back on and lines up on the bolt holes easy
what I ment by drilling the wishbone was , welding another plate on the original mount points and drilling the plate to correct it

Ahh I see like chip did to get extra caster then.

As for the fact you replaced everything and both wisbones matching etc I have absolutely no idea what it could be, sorry.

yeah, the extra caster in my case will give me the proper angle I need.

the shell is the only thing I can think it is. if it comes to it , I might have to spanner the front off and jig the front back somewhere. neither chasis leg is showing signs of bending

Car taking a knock before? No signs of rippling along the front cross member/chassis leg, it will go wavy on the front edge of the cross member.

I wouldn't be overly bothered about half a degree difference in camber for the rear on a road car and I wouldn't buy a new beam if you are worried, you could be buying someone else's problems. Just shim it.

I bet that goes round left handers like a champ lol, the rear is constantly turning left. With over half a degree toe in on the right rear it must scrub tyres.

I'll swap frames over from my other dci and see what happens. The beam is f**ked on the other one tho.

haha it goes in a straight line now, no rear tyre scrub, and the rears last longer that the fronts loL
i might just make some shims for the rear to make it 1.5 both sides

can't comment on if its been smashes up a kerb before , defo not in my ownership.
both legs are a smooth as the bodywork no ripple going on
