Went round the missus' tonight, anyway was about to leave and the car wouldnt start , had a gander under the bonnet fuel line had come off, put it back on, it came off again.

Managed to get 2 miles down the road and the engine just died(it had come off again) clip had broken and the fuel was going everywhere(just filled up with damn optimax as well! ). Got the recovery people out to me and a couple of cable ties and jobs a good un. Anyone got the part number for the fuel line clip please?

Guy said i needed a new fuel line as this one had broke. Just thought id share my little experience with everyone lol

On another subject my drivers side leccy window has stopped working!, i can hear the relay clicking but it aint doing anything! Any advice/tips anyone can give me?

Joh has the part number he posted it reciently.

He managed to break the same clip you need a whole new pipe.

How did the sorting of the gearbox go?

Check the plug by the drivers door is plugged in.

Gearbox fitting went ok ta, had to have another though as the other was knackered to say the least (only did 80 miles though).

When i switch my lights on the lil lights in the window switches light up and the passenger side window works from my drivers side controls, when i press the button for the drivers side i can hear the relay clicking but nothing happens with the window....

The other was was new though? I take it you had a word with the supplier?

Yep was a new un but it had run dry so i was told. Passenger side driveshaft seal had come off and all the gearbox oil had drained out, so i had to buy another brand new one. Just not what i wanted before christmas .

Ill take the doorcard off tomorrow and see if anythings disconnected.
