So when would you use driving lamps they look the same as fogs my dad are same brightness as my fogs

Normal head lights are dipped, fogs are equivelant to full beams. As soon as you hit a dip or go up a hill they dazzle. This is why they are illegal to be on in normal driving conditions, these rules aren't made up to piss people off, quite literally the other way around.

My dipped beam is brighter than my fogs now because i have xenon lol

So you have an illegal hybrid, mate your just digging yourself a deeper hole. If you have the correct setup that through an onboard computer aligns the light correctly without dazzling then it won't be brighter than your fogs.

I only put fogs on for videos o and FOG nothing else
