I have a leak.

I hope this is in the right place, if not can a Mod move it please?


Right, today whilst out in the rain, I had water coming in around the sunroof switch. I have opened the sunroof but all appears dry and well where it sits. I have however found a tiny little hole in the seal where the top of the windscreen meets the roof. Could this be my problem and what do I get to seal it? Any help would be appreciated.

Which car is it? frame needs a whole sealing to the roof.

It'll be coming in from your ariel. Take the whole ariel fitting out by unlosening it by taking interior light out. Then seal it with some silcone. Did the job for me!

Where abouts is the water gathering? Check on the outside,on the roof where the seal sits flush with the roof. Mine was leaking through that so I had to use silicone bathroom sealant to seal round it (clear obviously)
