I want more power! :(

Hello

I'm trying to run two 12" 1500w inPhase subs and two 300w 6x9s off of my amplifier which is rated to a max of 1000w. It does provide some kick and the speakers are loud but it's not any where near what they can do...

My problem is that I have no Idea what sort of power amplifier I should be looking at to get the best from my speakers but not overdo it. I'm looking for something around £250 max, any suggestions would be great!

if its 1500w RMS then you need a 1500+ amp to power it. bin the 6x9s and get some proper components in the front.

Get rid of the 6x9's. buy some components as said above.

Find out if 1500w is the peak power or the rms power of the sub. Rms values is what you want to be working with.

The amp Rms power must be the same or higher than the subs to keep it simple
