Idle of 1.2 16v

What does yours idle at? mine is at 500rpm i belive, well its the notch under 1k. Is this to low because it does seem to judder/missfire slightly.

The rpm gauge isn't accuate at very low rpm.

should be about 750rpm but get it plugged into a computer and you'll see the real revs the car is making.

As for missfires check the coils and tdc sensor and throttle bodies.

ok ty, needs the valve clearence doing on it anyway so ill clean the throt body then!
